Resumption of Church Services from 18th August 2021
Bishop Stephen LEE Bung-sang has made public the following, with effect from Wednesday, 18th August 2021:
All churches and Mass centres in the diocese will resume public Masses, liturgies, and gatherings.
Personnel in charge of religious houses and old age homes may allow the faithful to join their in-house liturgy as appropriate.
The faithful are enjoined to participate in the liturgy in person as usual, to fulfill Sunday obligation, to show their health code, to wear a mask and to disinfect their hands.
For those who feel unwell, please seek immediate medical attention.
Weekday and Sunday live Mass broadcast will continue temporarily or may be adjusted or cancelled as necessary. Please check the diocesan website www.catholic.org.mo or the Diocesan Social Communication Centre's website www.peacemacau.org/live.html for the latest arrangements.
